Mandy Klopper had humble beginnings in the trust department of Standard Bank where she learned the importance of confidentiality and professionalism – a key requirement in all industries. From there she moved through the financial field of various industries and gained valuable skills until she realized the merit in owning property for future benefits. She started her portfolio off with a 1 bedroom flat and used the nett income to finance another and then another until she had built up a substantial portfolio. Her private portfolio boasts a 100% occupancy with a low turnover rate of tenants which she has achieved by enforcing a strict screening policy and maintaining a professional relationship with tenants.
She currently serves on a number of Body Corporates as Chairperson/Trustee and has gained valuable experience navigating through the quagmire of Sectional Title. She constantly monitors the current market trends to ensure that rentals are realistic and, therefore, achievable.
She has also gathered extensive experience in the commercial property industry and has been an integral part of commercial lease negotiations as well as office installations.
